Finance Head vaccancy for sethus Exports India Pvt Ltd (Haritham Foods )

• Calculate and monitor the cost of sales promotions, trade deals, discounts, free-of-cost stock, sampling, and marketing spend.
• Assess ROI for promotions conducted in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Kuwait.
• Provide costing insights for new schemes, distributor rewards, and price positioning.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build financially viable trade promotions.

Pricing & Margin Management

• Support pricing decisions for distributors and key accounts in the Gulf region.
• Evaluate logistics costs, duties, warehousing charges, and ensure healthy product margins.
• Recommend price revisions based on market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structure.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with regional sales teams, distributors, and channel partners to drive market expansion.
• Provide decision-making support to senior management for investments in Gulf operations.
• Assist in evaluating distributor performance, credit risk, and profitability.

Team Management

• Lead and guide finance teams stationed in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
• Implement SOPs, financial controls, and standard reporting templates across all markets.
• Build capability in local teams and ensure compliance with corporate governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
