Finance & HR Administrator
Role Overview: We are looking for a finance professional to take full ownership of our UAE and KSA financial compliance and UAE-specific HR administration. The successful candidate will manage all accounts for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, while performing HR operations for our UAE-based teams.
1. Financial Management (UAE & KSA)
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage the General Ledger for both UAE and KSA entities.
- Invoicing & Revenue Control: Generate and issue all UAE /KSA compliant customer invoices.
- Tax & Zakat Compliance: Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns for UAE and KSA .
- Coordinate with external tax auditors for tax filings and annual financial audits.
- Reporting: perform monthly reconciliations, and provide management reports.
- Other administrative tasks.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure payroll compliance in UAE and KSA entities.
3. HR Operations (UAE Only)
- Onboarding & Visas: Manage the end-to-end residency visa process (MOHRE/ICP) for the UAE team, including medicals and Emirates ID coordination with the PRO.
- Benefit Administration: Manage UAE medical insurance (renewals/enrollment) and track all employee leave (Annual, Sick, Parental).
- UAE Policy: Maintain the UAE Employee Handbook.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in Finance/Accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in UAE VAT and KSA VAT.
- Expertise in Excel and multi-currency accounting.
- Soft Skills: Must be highly organized and possess the maturity to handle confidential financial data.
- Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred.
