Finance & Insurance Manager/ Automotive F&I Manager (MO)

Job Description

High volume, fast-paced automotive dealership is looking for an exceptional finance manager with a proven track record. The right candidate will negotiate financing terms for vehicle purchasers, explain the benefits of insurance products, and accurately document all aspects of the transaction.

Earning potential well over $300K per year!!!

Reports to: General Manager
M-SAT Days/Hours Rotate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishes lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership
• Generates additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other insurance products
• Responsible for obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction
• Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction
• Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc. before forwarding to general office
• Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the general office
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
• Attends managers meetings
• Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years prior automotive experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Possess product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy
