Finance Intern

Position Overview

Accor is offering a Finance Internship in Dubai for students pursuing studies in finance, accounting, business, or hospitality management. This role provides hands-on experience in hotel finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. The position is ideal for individuals seeking practical exposure in financial management within the hospitality industry.

Core Duties

• Assist with daily revenue reconciliations for rooms, F&B, and other outlets
• Support guest ledger and city ledger reconciliations
• Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and verify expenses for accounts payable
• Post payments, conduct credit checks, and follow up on billing for accounts receivable
• Support payroll preparation and staff expense claims processing
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports
• Participate in inventory counts for food, beverage, and operating supplies
• Ensure adherence to hotel accounting policies and internal controls
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization
