Finance & Investment Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven finance professional to join our growing organization in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial management, investment analysis, strategic planning, and business evaluation.

· Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

· Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and business valuation assessments

· Evaluate investment opportunities through profitability analysis, projected return analysis, capital recovery assessments, financial risk evaluation, and scenario/sensitivity modelling

· Prepare professional investor presentations, financial decks, and business proposals to support fundraising and attract investors

· Manage working capital, liquidity planning, and financial performance monitoring

· Support funds raising activities and coordinate with banks, investors, and financial institutions

· Conduct business performance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management

· Develop and implement financial controls, reporting structures, and management dashboards

· Support new business setup, expansion planning, and strategic decision-making processes

Requirements:

· ACCA / CA / CPA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification

· Proven experience in finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, or business advisory roles

· Strong expertise in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills

· Experience in preparing investor decks, business plans, and financial projections

· Strong understanding of business analysis, cash flow planning, and financial strategy

· Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
