We are seeking a Finance & Investments Associate to join our founding team. This role is central to converting vision into investor-ready strategies, ensuring our projects are both financially compelling and execution-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for potential and active projects, including feasibility studies, cash flows, sensitivity analyses, IRR, equity multiples, and debt/equity structures.
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and teasers that communicate project vision, financials, and risk/return profiles to investors, landowners, and financial institutions.
- Structure joint ventures (JVs), GP/LP partnerships, and land-for-equity agreements, ensuring alignment between landowners, investors, and the firm.
- Support capital raising efforts by coordinating with UHNWIs, family offices, banks, and institutional investors.
- Manage relationships with banks and lenders, preparing loan packages and negotiating terms for construction and development finance.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to validate assumptions and support investment decisions.
- Build and maintain a database of comparable transactions, land values, and market comps for ongoing pipeline evaluation.
- Collaborate with the founder and BD team to evaluate new opportunities, analyze potential deals, and prioritize the project pipeline.
- Draft and manage internal reporting tools (deal pipeline dashboards, investor update templates).
- Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation strategies, identifying key financial, legal, and execution risks for each project.
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic partnerships.
Ideal Profile
- Educational Background:Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; postgraduate studies (MBA, MSRED) preferred.
- Professional Experience: 4 - 7 years in investment banking, capital market, private equity, real estate finance, or Saudi family office investment teams. Experience in Saudi or GCC real estate markets or PIF-linked developer.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced underwriting, financial modeling and valuation (Excel, Argus, or similar).
- Strong understanding of capital structuring, waterfalls, and JV agreements.
- Ability to prepare institutional-grade pitch materials.
- Market Knowledge:Familiarity with Saudi real estate market dynamics, Vision 2030 developments, and investor sentiment.
- Language:Bilingual (Arabic/English), with excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Detail-oriented yet able to present “big picture” insights to investors.
- Comfortable working directly with the founder and engaging UHNW investors.
