Finance Lead

ZeroCash is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our fast-growing fintech organization. We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in Finance Taxation, Settlements, Reconciliation, Treasury Management, and Financial Operations who can lead critical finance functions in a high-growth digital payments environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end treasury operations, cash flow planning, fund positioning, and banking relationships
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations including bank, merchant, settlement, payment gateway, and internal ledger reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely management of FBR taxation matters, including withholding tax, sales tax, tax filings, compliance, and statutory submissions
• Handle employee taxation, payroll-related deductions, and compliance obligations as per applicable laws
• Lead and manage the finance team while ensuring accountability, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors, banking partners, payment processors, auditors, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, settlements, and financial reporting processes
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and compliance mechanisms
• Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and strategic financial insights
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies whenever required
• Ensure proper documentation, financial record maintenance, and audit readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CA (Part Qualified / Finalist preferred)
✔ 5–8+ years of relevant finance experience (fintech / payments / banking preferred)
✔ Strong grip on treasury, reconciliation, taxation, payroll finance, and financial controls
✔ Experience dealing with FBR compliance and employee tax management
✔ Proven people management and team leadership experience
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent command over Excel, ERP/accounting systems, and financial reporting tools
✔ High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
