We are seeking a Finance & Legal Executive to support the finance and legal functions of the company. The role will be responsible for payroll processing, employee benefits administration, provident fund management, employee tax-related support, accounting assistance, and coordination of legal contracts and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits, including OPD through relevant systems.
- Manage Employee Investment Scheme (EIS) and Provident Fund (PF) records, contributions, and reconciliations.
- Respond to employee queries related to salary, taxation, provident fund, and benefits.
- Review, maintain, and organize legal contracts, agreements, and company records.
- Track contract renewals and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist the Finance and Legal Manager in day-to-day operational matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, finance, HR operations, or legal administration.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing, employee taxation, and provident fund management.
- Familiarity with online payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the IT or technology industry will be an advantage.
