Our client Riphah International University is looking for a Finance Management Trainee in Islamabad

Riphah International University seeks a Management Trainee Officer in Finance to join its dynamic finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP (HCM) preferable
• Basic understanding of payroll processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reporting).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate the final settlement of employees (full and final payments).
• Preparation and verifying the bank accounts of new employees and changes of existing employees.
• Assist in processing payments for visiting/contractual faculty or staff.
• Assist in handling payroll queries from employees.
• Any other task as and when assigned.
