Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Compliance

• Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, agreements, payroll, VAT filings, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, corporate tax laws, and IFRS reporting standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and FuelBuddy offices in India on financial matters.
• Manage fund flow, cash flow, and treasury operations for efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely VAT/tax submissions and statutory financial reporting in the UAE.
• Maintain proper bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis, MIS, and insights to support management in decision-making.

Budgeting & Financial Projections

• Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and analyze financial models and projections to assess business performance.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost optimization.

Resource & Payment Management

• Manage vendor payments, payroll, and all financial transactions.
• Oversee procurement-related payments and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure timely clearance of operational expenses and statutory dues.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to UAE’s financial, tax, and commercial regulations.
• Maintain financial agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage financial and regulatory risks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Financial Software Proficiency – Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial tools.
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy – High precision in financial reporting and record-keeping.
• IFRS & VAT Expertise – In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS standards, and tax framework.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Skills – Ability to create and manage budgets and financial projections.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to manage teams, consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
