Job Title: F&B Cost Controller

Job Summary:

The F&B Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the costs of food and beverage operations. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accurate cost reporting, and effective cost management to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Control & Monitoring
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly food & beverage costs.
• Verify and control all food and beverage invoices, receiving reports, and inventory movements.
• Conduct regular spot checks of outlets, storerooms, and receiving areas.
• Monitor waste, pilferage, and efficiency in consumption.
• Inventory Management
• Supervise and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical and system stock.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization of transfers, write-offs, and adjustments.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports for management.
• Analyze variances between theoretical and actual costs and propose corrective actions.
• Support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Compliance & Procedures
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Assist in menu engineering by providing accurate food and beverage costing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B cost control, preferably in restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory systems, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, and POS software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with F&B and Finance teams.

Salary: AED 4500 - 7000 depending on experience

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
