Finance Manager - ONLY Real Estate Experience

Position Summary:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial aspects of the brokerage, including financial planning, reporting, compliance, accounting, and risk management. This leadership role requires strong expertise in real estate transactions, commission structures, and RERA regulations, while ensuring the company remains financially strong, compliant, and positioned for growth.

Key Responsibilities: -

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the executive teams to define and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, treasury, payroll, commissions, and cash flow management.
• Monitor revenue streams across brokerage (off-plan, secondary market, leasing, property management) and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, RERA guidelines, VAT regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent risk.

Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, KPIs, and performance insights to the Board and management.
• Analyze profitability by department, agent, and project to guide decision-making.
• Oversee management of agent commission calculations and disbursements.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team to build a high-performance culture.
• Foster collaboration across Sales, HR, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth financial processes.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role, ideally within real estate, brokerage, or property development.
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, including commission structures, off-plan and secondary market sales, leasing, and property management.
• Expertise in financial planning, strategy, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
