Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing venture-building company, disrupting multiple industries with our innovative products and services. As we scale, we are looking for a Finance Manager to manage our financial operations and help shape the future of our high-growth start-ups.

Responsibilities:

· Lead all financial operations – budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

· Manage day-to-day accounting, including VAT compliance and preparation for audits.

· Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and all applicable laws.

· Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic financial planning.

· Support fundraising and maintain strong investor relations.

· Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a start-up environment.

· Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus).

· Strong experience in VAT, audits, and financial reporting.

· Start-up mindset – entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-driven.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and financial modeling skills.
