Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Doha, Qatar

A well-renowned food company in Doha is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to the ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Prepare, review, and present financial statements and reports to senior management.

· Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk.

· Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and international accounting standards.

· Develop financial strategies and advise management on key business decisions.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

· Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage).
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
