Finance Manager

As Finance Manager for Consilium Safety Türkiye, you will oversee and manage the full financial operations of our Turkish entity. You will play a central role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and providing financial insights that support the business in achieving its goals. Partnering closely with both local management and the Group Finance function, you will strengthen processes, drive efficiency, and contribute to the company’s continued growth in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis for Consilium Turkey.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of statutory accounts, tax filings, and compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and operational management.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute to group-wide finance initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Serve as a key partner to local management and Group Finance on strategic and operational matters.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis—ideally in a production or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local Turkish accounting standards.
• Experience working in international organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred).
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, digital transformation, and automation.
• Background in Big4 audit combined with hands-on finance leadership experience is highly valued.
