· Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.

· Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

· Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting.

· Lead the development and maintenance of robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

· Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding strategies to support business operations and growth.

· Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning.

· Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring the company’s financial stability and resilience.

· Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

· Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

· Lead and develop a high-performance finance team, providing training, mentoring, and performance management.

· Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and HR, to align financial strategies with business goals.

· Oversee the audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.

· Prepare and present regular financial reports, analyses, and insights to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and technologies.

· Stay current with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

Experience:

· A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial management role within the FMCG industry.

· Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.

Key Competencies & Skills:

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Proficient in the use of financial management software and other relevant tools.

· Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and financial process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
