The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring strong fiscal control, compliance with Saudi financial regulations, and strategic financial planning that supports Managed.sa’s long-term business objectives. This role manages financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and audit processes, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with local laws and corporate goals.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Managed.sa’s overall business plan.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Identify risks and opportunities to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations and Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA / IFRS).
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage external audits in accordance with Saudi law and ensure timely submission of audited financials.
- Maintain internal controls, documentation, and reconciliation to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure timely filing and payment of VAT, Withholding Tax, Zakat, and Corporate Income Tax in accordance with Saudi regulations.
- Monitor updates from ZATCA and ensure the company’s compliance with all financial and electronic invoicing (FATOORAH) requirements.
- Coordinate with legal and government entities to ensure alignment with the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), General Authority for Zakat and Tax (GAZT), and Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations where applicable.
- Oversee contract reviews and vendor payments to ensure fiscal and regulatory accuracy.
- Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and projects.
- Oversee relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring compliance with Saudi banking standards.
- Monitor and optimize working capital, investments, and financial risks.
- Analyze project and departmental costs to identify savings opportunities and improve profitability.
- Provide management with financial insights on revenue, costs, and business performance.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations for financial efficiency.
- Implement and optimize accounting systems, ERP solutions, and financial processes.
- Drive automation, reporting accuracy, and data transparency.
- Maintain documentation aligned with Saudi labor and commercial laws for payroll, end-of-service benefits, and statutory employee obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in financial management, with strong knowledge of Saudi laws and tax systems.
- Deep understanding of ZATCA, GAZT, and SOCPA/IFRS frameworks.
- Experience handling VAT, Zakat, WHT, and electronic invoicing (FATOORAH) compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
