Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance reports, including Daily Revenue Reports, labor costs, and departmental expense analyses.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks/opportunities.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the General Manager and corporate leadership.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, ensuring all financial plans align with the resort's strategic goals.
- Prepare regular financial forecasts to predict future performance and guide operational decisions.
- Monitor budget adherence and provide actionable feedback to department managers on controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
Accounting Operations and Control
- Manage the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payroll, and expense reports.
- Oversee the daily cash management processes, including bank reconciliation and petty cash control.
- Maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard resort assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Coordinate and manage the resort’s external audit processes.
Revenue Management and Compliance
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure accurate recording of room, F&B, and other ancillary revenues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, tax filings (e.g., sales tax, occupancy tax), and licensing requirements.
- Handle all banking relationships and external financial vendor management.
Leadership and Training
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting staff.
- Act as a financial liaison and advisor to all department heads, providing training on cost control, P&L comprehension, and capital expenditure requests.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Finance ,Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2-3 years in a management role within the hospitality industry (hotel or resort).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
