Finance Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the school’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with UAE regulations and Amity Education Group policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor and control expenditure, ensuring cost efficiency and financial sustainability.
• Manage cash flow, payroll, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
• Support the Senior Leadership Team with strategic financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in the education sector or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel.
