Job Purpose:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and provide key financial insights that influence strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Manage company budgets and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial liquidity to support business operations.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and reports.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze costs, revenues, and financial trends to provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and manage the finance team, including performance evaluation, coaching, and professional development.
• Support the strategic and operational planning process with financial data and analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and other relevant governmental laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred).
• 5 years of progressive experience in finance , of experience in the Transportation or Logistics sector.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic .
