To lead and manage the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The Finance Manager will ensure sound financial management, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting strategic and operational decision-making to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board.

Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.

Monitor and control company expenditure, margins, and working capital.

Manage banking, treasury, and credit control activities.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit requirements, and IFRS standards.

Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

Support management in investment decisions, CAPEX planning, and risk assessment.

Implement strong internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Partner with other departments to ensure financial discipline and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Manufacturing industry experience (preferably composites or industrial) is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
