Position: Finance Manager
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 5+ years (preferably in end-to-end finance operations)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Financial Management
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and financial regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Team Management
- Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.
- Provide training and development to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
