Position: Finance Manager
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 5+ years (preferably in end-to-end finance operations)
Location: Mohali, Punjab

Financial Management

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Monitor financial performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Develop and implement financial policies and internal control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Team Management

  • Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.
  • Provide training and development to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
