Finance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, VAT & Corporate Tax, cash flow management, and team leadership within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IFRS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, payables, and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, Corporate Tax rules, and financial regulations.
• Lead external and internal audit processes, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Review general ledger, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Implement cost-control measures and improve financial processes.
• Manage bank relationships, loan facilities, and treasury operations.
• Supervise and train the accounts/finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ACCA / CPA / CMA / CA are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and financial policies.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Oracle.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
