Finance Manager

Are you a skilled Finance Manager with strong financial and analytical expertise? We're at Vectorshades is hiring and want you to join our team!Requirements:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or a related finance/accounting field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar finance leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, and reporting.
• Experience in preparing financial statements, leading audits, and ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.
• Excellent understanding of taxation, cost control, cash-flow management, and financial risk analysis.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
• Strong skills in tracking, documenting, and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and system entries.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong decision-making ability, especially in financial planning, budget allocation, cost assessment, and risk evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
