Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with all financial standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring efficient financial operations.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly/annual reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost control, and payroll.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support business decisions.
• Analyze automotive industry data, pricing, and cost structures to enhance profitability.

Requirements:

• Arabic National (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Minimum 7–10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financial processes such as vehicle costing, spare parts accounting, and dealership financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office applications.
