About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, with a strong focus on taxation, compliance, and financial planning. As our business operates in the automobile and electric bike sector, the ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing accounts for trading, inventory, and sales-driven operations and be fully updated with current tax laws and applicable tax percentages.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial management, including accounting, taxation, and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with latest FBR, PRA, and other regulatory tax rates and percentages.
• Monitor tax payments, deadlines, and statutory submissions to avoid penalties.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Manage daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and expense controls.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, sales, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Provide financial insights, budgeting support, and cost analysis to management, especially related to electric bike operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance and taxation.
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws, tax percentages, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with FBR, PRA, and relevant tax authorities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Experience in a trading business, preferably automobile or electric vehicle industry, will be a strong advantage.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
