Finance Manager

We are hiring! ITBuilders is looking for a strategic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for architecting our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing the crucial insights that drive our growth and profitability.

What You Will Do

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop annual budgets and forecasts aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions on new services, investments, and business cases.
• Partner with senior management to shape the company's financial roadmap.

Financial Operations & Control:

• Oversee the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, payroll) and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and approval workflows.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships to maintain operational health.

Compliance, Audit & Governance:

• Ensure full compliance with all Saudi regulations, including ZATCA requirements (VAT, e-invoicing, zakat).
• Lead the external audit process and implement financial risk management practices.

Business & Project Partnership:

• Collaborate with the PMO on project costing, profitability analysis, and budget controls.
• Support the Sales team by validating pricing, margins, and payment terms.
• Work with Procurement to optimize vendor payments and costs.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to the CEO and management.
• Provide insightful variance analysis and departmental cost reports.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the IT, technology services, or a project-based industry.
• Expert knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, including ZATCA, VAT, zakat, and corporate compliance.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and a passion for financial digital transformation.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
