Finance Manager

My client are a growing tech organisation in UAE and they are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reporting.
• Where necessary will assist with day-to-day accounts preparation and report preparation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Present financial performance reports to the senior management, investors, and regulators.
• Establish and maintain financial risk management policies and controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and fintech-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to manage multi-jurisdictional obligations.
• Assist with fundraising efforts (VC, PE, debt) and manage investor relationships.
• Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and support due diligence processes.
• Communicate financial performance and strategic outlook to stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and innovation.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of finance systems (ERP, accounting software).
• Drive automation and fintech integration for reporting and analytics.
