Finance Manager – Job Description

Position: Finance Manager
Location: UAE
Experience: 5–8 Years
Industry: Trading / Manufacturing / Distribution (preferred)
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance. CA / ACCA / CPA preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead and manage the finance & accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, audit coordination, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Accounts & Finance operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.
• Prepare the company for E-Invoicing (mandatory from Jan 2027).
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll & general ledger.
• Maintain accurate books and ensure timely month-end/year-end closing.
• Implement strong internal controls to minimize financial risks.
• Handle banking, cash flow planning, LC/TR facilities, and payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audits.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance & accounts team.
• Shall be responsible for improved profitability of the company. Cost reduction and improved margin by analysing the statistics.
• Handle all jobs independently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance (mandatory).
• CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and UAE FTA compliance.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience (minimum 3 years in a supervisory role).
• Hands-on expertise in ERP systems (Odoo, Tally).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently handle all financial operations.

Salary Range: AED 8K – AED 10K
