Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our organization. His duty is to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support strategic business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls to maintain the company’s financial stability
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to management
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders for audits and financial matters
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and documentation
• Implement and improve internal controls, policies, and financial procedures
• Support senior management with financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a well-reputed organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
