Finance Manager

Job description:

We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager for a Contracting / Consultancy company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting
• Oversee payroll, EOSB, WPS & HR finance coordination
• Control Accounts Payable & Receivable, supplier & client payments
• Monitor project budgets, costs, profitability & tender support
• Handle VAT, Corporate Tax, audits & statutory compliance
• Manage cash flow, banking & treasury operations
• Lead accounting team & improve financial systems/processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and internal financial policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in same role in UAE Contracting Company
• 4+ years’ experience in Contracting / Consultancy sector
• CPA / CA / MBA (Finance)
• Strong knowledge of Xero, Advanced Excel, IFRS, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi & English (mandatory)
• Own car & valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Immediate Joiner

Job Details:

• Full-time
• Salary: 7k - 9k (Depends on experience)
