JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Finance Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Academic Qualifications – Mandatory

The Finance Manager must hold at least one of the following.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Degree issued by an accredited university or higher education institution.
• Preferred or Strongly Recommended.
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or Financial Management.
• At least one recognized professional qualification is strongly recommended, especially for regulated or group environments.:
• CPA / ACCA / CA / CIMA /CFA / ACA or equivalent chartered qualification

Experience Requirements

• 15 to 20 years of total experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 10–12 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in:
• Construction companies
• Real Estate developers
• Main Contracting firms
• Large holding or group companies with multiple subsidiaries
• Strong exposure to GCC / Middle East markets preferred.

Technical and Functional Competence. Mandatory

The Finance Manager must demonstrate proficiency in the following.

• Strong knowledge of:
• ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / MS Dynamics AX / D365 / Odoo)
• IFRS standards (especially construction & real estate)
• Project accounting & cost control
• Financial controls and internal control frameworks
• Cash flow & working capital management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial models, Power BI and dashboards.
• Experience in group consolidation & inter-company accounting.
• Payroll oversight and statutory deductions understanding
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
