QA/QC EngineerWe are currently seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the project&rsquo;s Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system in compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and client requirements. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in quality procedures and hands-on field inspection experience in construction or engineering projectsKey Responsibilities:&middot; Implement and maintain the project&rsquo;s QA/QC system in accordance with ISO standards and client requirements.&middot; Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and standards to develop inspection and test plans (ITPs).&middot; Conduct inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and finished work in all stages of construction.&middot; Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure compliance with quality requirements.&middot; Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation such as Quality logs, inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality checklists.&middot; Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.&middot; Ensure proper calibration and use of testing and measuring equipment.&middot; Manage material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation for approval.&middot; Identify and report quality-related problems and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.&middot; Participate in quality audits and lead internal assessments to ensure continuous improvement.&middot; Ensure proper handover of QA/QC documentation and records for final project close-out and client delivery.Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil engineering or a related field (preferred).Experience: Proven experience as QA/QC in Civil construction industry with 5+ yearsTechnical Skills:&middot; Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and construction codes.&middot; Strong experience in preparing ITPs, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QA/QC software tools.&middot; Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.&middot; Certification in QA/QC, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent is an advantageCandidate must have Valid Qatar ID with Change of sponsorship.
