Finance Manager

A reputed EPC company in Bahrain is looking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance department and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decisions
• Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and procedures
• Monitor cost control measures and optimize financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional qualification, such as CPA / ACCA / CMA, is highly desirable
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
