Finance Manager

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
• Manage the company's cash flow.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating with department heads to develop realistic and strategic budgets.
• Create and maintain rolling financial forecasts to predict future performance and guide resource allocation.
• Monitor budget performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that shape business strategy and long-term planning.
• Ensure the organization complies with all financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and financial analysts.
• Conduct performance reviews, set team goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team meets all deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
• A CPA, CA, CMA, CFA or MBA is highly preferred or required.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial management.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, leading a team.
• Experience preparing financial statements and managing the full accounting cycle.
• Demonstrated success in leading budgeting and forecasting processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
