Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kuwait City. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company's financial health. Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, implementing cost-control measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will also lead financial audits and develop strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Overseas candidates preferably
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Data Analysis
• Experience with Compliance, Regulatory Policies, and Tax Management
• Skills in Cost Control and Internal Controls Implementation
• Effective Communication, Leadership, and Collaborative Capabilities
• Experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is a significant advantage
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably within the industrial or automation sector
