Job Overview
Vire HR Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls across the organization. The candidate should possess excellent analytical abilities and proven expertise in managing financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Manage cash flow and ensure effective expense control
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
• Supervise the finance team and ensure smooth departmental operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
