Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall financial operations including accounting, reporting, and treasury functions.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits Ensure compliance with local regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Support project costing, financial feasibility analysis, and contract evaluations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams for financial alignment.
  • Develop and lead the finance team, enhancing capabilities and performance

Experience & Skills:

Education:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.Minimum 3 years GCC experience is mandatory
  • Prior experience in Construction / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas industry is required Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and performance management.
  • Knowledge of compliance, and audit processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
