Finance Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager with strong leadership qualities, combining technical finance expertise with disciplined execution, ownership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving financial control, compliance, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax requirements
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance
• Support management with financial insights for business decisions
• Handle banking relationships and treasury operations
• Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring performance and discipline
• Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
• Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• High level of ownership, accountability, and integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

• CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred)
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
• Experience in trading / export / logistics industry preferred
