Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the company's financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting business growth by managing financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights to support executive decision-making.

The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to optimize financial performance, manage project finances, and ensure the company maintains strong financial health as it expands its real estate development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting processes.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow planning, treasury functions, and working capital requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, VAT regulations, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, risk management procedures, and financial governance frameworks.
• Support investment evaluations, feasibility studies, and project financing initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in the UAE with a solid understanding of VAT regulations and local financial compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate development, construction, or property sector.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, CA, or equivalent.
• Experience with project financing, investment analysis, and real estate financial modeling.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
