Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. Responsibilities

• Customer Financing & Deal Structuring: Review credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate financing terms with customers and lenders
• Product Management: Develop and maintain retail and wholesale financing programs, including APR promotions, captive incentives, GAP insurance, extended warranties, and add-on services
• Portfolio Management: Own the P&L for assigned finance portfolios, prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, maintain compliance with bank policies, and monitor risk metrics such as delinquency and charge-off rates
• Lender & Dealer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with lenders and dealers to secure favorable terms, negotiate rate buy-downs, and ensure consistent product delivery
• Operational Support: Oversee loan boarding, funding, and document compliance; coordinate with title services and operations for timely contract execution
• Data & Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on financing activity, lender performance, and product penetration
• Training & Collaboration: Work with the sales team to train on financing processes and present customers with aftermarket products to enhance ownership experience

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
