We’re Hiring: Finance Manager – Gas Industry

We are a leading player in the gas industry, committed to delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our financial operations with precision and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cost control measures.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare detailed management reports.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Implement and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, and taxation in the gas/energy sector.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
