Finance Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. Duties

• Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 standards.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and cash flow analysis.
• Manage regulatory reporting requirements and ensure adherence to governmental accounting standards for non-profit or public entities.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives by forecasting financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures aligned with organizational goals.
• Supervise treasury management activities including investment management, liquidity planning, and cash flow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development opportunities, revenue management, and investment analysis to support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial management roles with expertise in IFRS, GAAP, IAS, ASC 606, and technical accounting principles.
• Strong background in corporate finance, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and public accounting environments.
• Demonstrated ability in risk analysis, compliance management, financial report writing, and interpretation of complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software systems along with excellent skills in balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation processes.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of cost management techniques including cost control and cost accounting practices.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and presenting insights to stakeholders effectively.
