Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the company's financial operations, developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through accurate financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
