Finance Manager (F&B Experience Required)

Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.

We are seeking a strong, hands-on finance professional who can lead financial operations in a fast-paced hospitality and F&B environment.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience in the UAE
• At least 5 years of proven experience in F&B / hospitality finance within the UAE (mandatory)
• Experience in 5-star hotels or established restaurant group operations is required
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Core Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Comprehensive cash flow management and cost control (including food cost analysis)
• Leadership and supervision of finance and accounting functions
• Operational financial oversight across multiple restaurant locations
• Procurement control and cost optimization
• Taxation, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Crisis financial management and risk mitigation
• Strong analytical capability with a focus on speed, accuracy, and execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
