OneMore Group (OMG) is a DIFC-based, multi-strategy Web3 venture capital and investment platform building a unified ecosystem across RWA, exchanges, infrastructure, DeSci, and next-gen Web3 applications—blending AI insights with decentralised finance. Our portfolio currently includes OneAsset (RWA tokenisation) and OneBullEx (CEX).

We are scaling our finance function to support fund operations and multi-entity portfolio growth.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will own day-to-day finance and strategic planning across OMG (holding/funds) and selected portfolio entities. You will manage accounting, treasury (fiat & digital assets), reporting, audit, and regulatory obligations, while partnering with leadership on fundraising, portfolio analytics, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Lead monthly/quarterly closes and consolidated management reporting across HoldCo, funds/SPVs, and portfolio companies (fiat + digital assets).
• Build dashboards for P&L, cash runway, NAV/AUM, token/fiat treasury, and exchange/revenue KPIs.
• Oversee cash-flow and liquidity planning; manage wallets, custodians, and bank accounts; execute intercompany settlements and capital flows (capital calls, distributions, SAFEs/notes).
• Implement valuation and performance measurement processes (fair value, token price inputs, RWA income, realised/unrealised P&L).

Fund Operations, Audit & Tax

• Own coordination with fund administrators and external auditors; prepare LP/board packs, capital account statements, and audited financials.
• Manage tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions; support transfer pricing, WHT, and cross-border structuring for portfolio transactions.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to applicable DIFC/DFSA requirements at the group/fund level and align portfolio entities with UAE (incl. VARA/ADGM where relevant) and international standards (KYC/AML, FATF, IFRS/US GAAP where applicable).
• Track global crypto and tokenisation frameworks (e.g., MiCA, SEC guidance) and embed proactive controls with Legal/Compliance.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

• Support fundraising (equity/fund vehicles), investor relations, and due diligence.
• Build financial models for RWA tokenisation, exchange volumes/fee economics, market-making yields, and new venture incubation.
• Drive OKR-linked planning, scenario analysis, and risk management (volatility, liquidity, counterparty, custody).
• Partner with founders of incubated/portfolio projects to set budgets, unit economics, and reporting standards.

Team, Systems & Processes

• Implement scalable crypto-native accounting and treasury tooling (on-chain data ingestion, sub-ledgers, reconciliations).
• Manage relationships with banks, custodians, CEX/DEX liquidity partners, and service providers.
• Mentor junior finance staff and uplift close/audit cadence and control environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or related; professional qualification (CPA/CFA/ACA) preferred.
• 6+ years in finance; 2–3+ years in crypto, fintech, asset management, or VC/fund finance.
• Hands-on with crypto accounting (wallet flows, exchange/custody reconciliations), and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience with RWA/tokenisation structures, fund administration, valuations, and NAV/AUM reporting is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with UAE/DIFC finance and international tax/compliance regimes.
• Advanced financial modelling, data analysis, and dashboarding; comfort with on-chain data sources.
• Excellent communication; board/LP-ready presentation skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese required; English proficiency essential.
