This Job is with Manto Store, Pakistan's fastest growing fashion brand - with global presence now in GCC countries, and United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize risk.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Support in decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and clarity.
  • Manage the finance team and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, banking, and accounting operations.
  • Implement and oversee financial IT systems or software updates.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
  • Proficient user of finance software and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel & Power BI
  • Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience in managing a team and overseeing financial operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
  • 6 to 10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.
  • Familiarity with financial software and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within a specific industry, like manufacturing or service.
  • Additional certification such as CFA or CMA.
  • Demonstrated success in cost reduction strategies.
  • Experience in dealing with financial institutions and enhancing relationships.
