Finance Manager (Mid-Level)

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company's accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, and compliance functions. The role will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective financial controls to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Support management with financial analysis and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• ACCA, CA (Part Qualified), CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with online accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Prior experience in a software development or technology company is required.
• Any prior experience of managing accounts for a UAE or Saudi entity will be very useful.
