We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help drive both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing and insurance products to customers in a clear, ethical, and transparent manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profit opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Secure financing through a wide range of lenders, building and maintaining strong lender relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as dealership policies and procedures.
- Prepare all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Offer and explain extended service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and improve finance penetration, product sales, and gross profit performance.
- Deliver a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and F&I products.
- Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus.
- Proficient with dealership software.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
