Finance Manager - Port experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• MBA (Finance) or Company Secretary (CS) – Preferred
• 15+ years’ senior finance experience, preferably in ports/maritime
• Oracle ERP expertise
• Strong IFRS, VAT & UAE regulatory knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting & consolidation
• Manage audits, statutory compliance & VAT filings
• Oversee payroll, employee payments & benefits
• Drive budgeting, forecasting & cost control
• Optimize Oracle ERP & automate finance processes
• Evaluate project feasibility, profitability & tariff pricing
• Ensure regulatory & legal compliance
• Implement performance management & balanced scorecard
• Support senior management with financial insights
